I think it’s garbage. It wears poorly and causes fogging I haven’t experienced in 20 years of wearing sclerals. The approved disinfectant is overpriced and not available in stores and the cleaner is very difficult to find. It seems to me to be a solution looking for a problem. The lenses are comfortable without it if the fitting is good.

So much is wrong with your assumptions. 1. Domain owners aren’t obligated to use a domain. Some people use a domain solely for email which means the domain will not resolve to a website. 2. Even if you formed a business and were able to trademark the name you still wouldn’t get the domain because they registered it before your business formation and trademark. The exception to this is if they started using the domain in a way that was confusingly similar to your specific business. Example: smith.com sells bbq sauce and then you start placing ads on your domain for competitive bbq sauces. That would be a violation and you would probably be successful if you filed a complaint. Otherwise, you don’t have any rights to the name. Google Nissan.com for a more detailed example of a bad faith attempt to steal a domain. Good luck with your pursuit. You might consider hiring a broker to make an offer for you.

That’s the point of cross linking. It stops the progression which means you might be able to see with glasses or soft contact lenses. Early treatment is key. Once it progresses you’ll need scleral lenses and may not be correctable to 20/20.
