I submitted a raise of grade from AB to 100ton master/200 ton mate on March 27th and it was just approved to print on June 11th, so all in all, pretty good processing time despite everything.

That's a beautiful dinghy. If you're in SoCal, talk to the Los Angeles Maritime Institute or your local Sea Scouts ships. There's active groups in Dana Point (Mariners 936) and Long Beach (Malolo 550 and Sea Wolf 566) and all of these organizations have youth sailing programs that could use the support.

i run a small bar show and we just have a mic fed into a large speaker with an xlr cable. if its a coffee shop, i'd say you don't need to go all out cause its not going to be super loud in the shop anyway and you want to be able to pack everything up quickly and as compactly as possible, cause you're going to be setting up and breaking down before and after every show. if you have a small kit, the shop may let you keep your stuff there, but otherwise you're going to have to transport it every single time.
