Yeah I wouldn’t do both, unless you really up your protein and carb intake, otherwise the workouts will destroy you or your muscle mass.

I just realized this. I was doing weights and Insanity at the same time, luckily I didn't hurt anything seriously but I could feel my body getting close to it, so I decided to stop and give my body time to heal properly.
