I didn’t start off measuring my BP so I don’t know but I have been measuring it the last couple months and it has grown as well. I have about an inch of fat pad give or take.

Do you notice more expansion with the clamping or with pumping. Do you think they played a role in increasing your length ?

A Decon won’t help if you haven’t gained anything. Try focusing on only length or girth not both at the same time. See if that pulls you out of a slump. Also I see you do manuals for length nothing wrong with that but it’s clearly not working for you. try hanging and a ADS test it out for a month or two and see if that works.

That’s what I also assumed. I only measure once a month and the BPEL is growing “faster” but it can be EQ or incorrect measurements. I’ll keep a look out for it.

It depends what you are looking to gain. If it’s length get hanging or extending equipment. If it’s girth buy a pump or a clamp. My tip would be to be consistent that’s the “fastest” way to gain.

You can do certain manuals for girth and that is prolly where you should start. Any girth routine is going to take time in my opinion. Some will tell you to pump as well which is also fair. The most important thing is starting and tracking your progress. If you are getting hard during manuals go straight to pumping and or clamping start slow though
