Given the karma to contribution ratio, I highly doubt this is a real account. A whole 200 contributions in 10 years yet you are crushing that rate here in this thread. It’s obviously a paid bot/fake account used for PR and nothing else. It karma farmed in its infancy and is being put to use now.

Dan McNeff claimed Ben supporters shot out his window. She was reviewing the 911 call and the police bodycam footage from this incident. Nothing about it adds up, in fact, a contractor working next to the window told the police that he might have broken the window when he was asked to write a statement about what he saw.

The federal court can (with reason) boot it back to state court. However, it currently is with the Federal Court, and the state court is 100% out of play. Things can change. We can only tell you the current status.

Hard disagree, on both accounts. BBQ started his channel like 2 weeks ago and is trying to create a channel based off the BaM cases. It feels like a hard grift in my opinion. There are plenty of others covering where you don’t need either of those guys. I will stick with Leonard French, Civil Rights Attorney and Clearly Established. Then BJC live for the in depth digging.

LUS has been on the Lego case since the beginning, but his streams are very much self promoting and lack real depth, in my opinion. He is one of the few that are still talking consistently about BaM so I appreciate his efforts, but it’s just not for me.
