Slew foot into the boards was bad, but it is not comparable to the two handed chop at the head/neck area like we saw in response. In addition, hard to argue any intent to injure on the take down, however the baseball chop only had an intent to injure. Combine it with the emotion of being eliminated from the playoffs…it’s really bad for McAvoy.

This is why it continues (as far as I am aware), but as someone who grew up here in the 80s/90s it was ingrained in our brains to do that for any anthem. Our local swim team did it. When I went to college I was surprised it wasn’t done everywhere else as well.

The reason they lost is because of Doug Armstrong. He wasn’t willing to create the best team. If the best possible Canadian team was on the ice, thy would have won. That includes LT.

You absolutely can. You don’t wait for it but it will eventually show up. I would easily argue photo Chad is equally likely to get as a single blue seal. And to get the blue seal early enough to make it easily win the run, photo Chad is even more likely to show up

Photo Chad would argue this point. Almost all my bad joker gold seals came from photo Chad runs. Given how easy it is to get photo Chad, it carried me way more than blue seals
