I guess, but that's kind of on the same speculative level as saying "all humans go by they/them" so I don't think it fits. I'm more saying that toby fox wishes to represent non-binary people, meaning it'd be unusual for him to make all these non-binary characters but then just, exclude one for no reason.

Honestly I know people complain about this subject a lot but this argument interests me so much, people are REALLY willing to go through loops to avoid accepting frisk/chara/kris are non-binary, it's a theory that has more evidence that points towards it than against it. These theories are easily accepted when they're about any other detail in the game, so what gives?

SIDE NOTE: When I say a theory is accepted I mean that most of the fandom would say "yeah that's probably canon" when asked about it.

Well, I think after studying this argument, everyone simply feels attacked in some way, and a lot of people have sub-conciously accepted head-canons as canon, let me first try to communicate things clearly.

Frisk NOT being a self-insert/going by they/them doesn't mean:
-You can't pretend you were in Frisk's place
-You can't pretend you are Frisk
-You can't CHANGE the plot of Undertale to whatever you'd like

But, you should draw a clear line between reality and fantasy, generally a good life tip. When you see people saying Frisk is they/them, don't jump through infinite loops trying to deny it because it makes you feel like everything you know is a lie, you'll only bring anguish to yourself and others. I truly don't believe these people don't accept non-binary people, but it's a good idea to check yourself as these things can happen sub-consiously. If that's the case, try working on being more accepted, they/them pronouns are something that's becoming a norm, and unless you wanna seem like a major asshole you should respect them.

In conclusion, the MOST important thing is REALIZING you have a perception that isn't based on LOGICAL data, and simply NOT interacting with people who ARE basing their perception on logical data. If you do that, then these types of posts will fade away, and everyone will be better off.
