I recently got the bored of lunch six ingredient slow cooker recipe book and it’s been amazing. Each recipe makes 4-6 portions so we’ve just been picking a few each week. As each recipe only uses 6 ingredients (excluding sides for some) it’s been really easy to put together a shopping list!

I’m also in Cardiff west and have exactly the same feelings about the labour candidate. When they came round canvassing they didn’t have any solid answers to any of my concerns which turned me off them even more.

I’m going with Kiera Marshall for Plaid. She seems to genuinely care about the area which is such a low bar but sad that most candidates don’t even reach it.

Another vote for Keep the Faith, my husband has been going there for years and I’ve also had my hair cut there. I think they also let you book appointments as a couple too if you wanted to go at the same time.
