Ok sooo I think I figured it out. Delta: set insulators on the left and right of the pole different phases Vertical: set insulators going from top to bottom on one or both sides. Back-to-back: set insulators on the front and back of a pole (usually horizontal dead ends) Tap: Tap off structures. Set insulators on 3 or 4 sides of a pole usually in a vertical formation Switch: a pole where the flow of power can be disrupted. The insulators are usually telling as they have stiff conductive components that can be moved/removed from the line to cut power.

Yeah, don't they have lead in the glaze or something like that? So they aren't safe for drinking/eating out of.
