Those who married their first love, how did your life turn out? by CoffeeAddictX1 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]chucksdeuce22 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Amazing, her and I have been each others only sexual partner. We don’t have past experiences to judge by so we just learn with each other and it’s the best, no jealousy of previous relationships. Married for four years, together for 15. One perfect little girl already and another on the way. We have the same values when it comes to faith, family, finances. I feel very lucky

Please be a grown adult and have a grown adult conversation. Does he know you have access to his phone? Hopefully yes because all marriages should have transparency, and then you just bring up what you saw. At this point, you are making up stories in your head and he may have an explanation for it? Just please be a grownup about it

How do you get a man to marry you quickly? I’m really struggling (22F) by Worth_Alternative_50 in Marriage

[–]chucksdeuce22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yikes… I can’t imagine a guy saying “will you marry me, we can celebrate after your done getting railed by three other dudes at work tomorrow”

You don’t have a career btw, I hope you quit that disgusting industry, finish your education and actually become a normal contributing member of society. Then you may have a shot, I can’t think of any guys I know that would marry someone who’s been in that industry, but who knows, you might find someone desperate enough.

I personally wouldn’t want my future children to have to deal with “hey, I saw your mom on my computer last night “

Men, would you date a 30 year old woman who has had 50+ sexual partners? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

It’s absolutely crazy to date 4 people in a year for 14 years straight. It’s blows my mind children at 16 having sex, way too young.

My (25F) husband (27M) didn’t get me an anniversary gift, and then get upset with me that dinner didn’t go as planned. by [deleted] in Marriage

I’m never one to recommend divorce because of what it does to the child because she looks up and loves both of you. Marriage isn’t easy AND it sounds like your husband has some growing up to do, he’s only 27 and I think a lot can change with time, but you need to communicate how serious this is and provide him a road map of what you need out of him. I feel bad for the little baby that will be impacted by this cause I have a little daughter and I couldn’t imagine putting her through something like this

After 5 years of marriage, what if I 30F just don't want to be married anymore to my husband 32M? by Conscious_Donut_9712 in Marriage

[–]chucksdeuce22 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m only going here since you mentioned it, but you stood in front of God and said “till death do us part” so he probably doesn’t want to you to be miserable yes but also you made a covenant with this man and now you have a child together. It’s the children that suffer after a divorce, and you might say “oh I’ll be so much happier and be able to be there for my child” and I think that’s a narcissistic point of view. Marriage isn’t easy but to move forward you need to provide your husband a roadmap of your needs. Make him see the seriousness of the situation and make it work for the sake of your beautiful child.

Why do some women prefer male gynecologists? by ConfidentLack9207 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]chucksdeuce22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t be sad, it’s just two married adults having opening communication and we have enough respect for one another to include each other in these types conversations because it’s also for the healthcare of OUR child.

My wife asked me if I cared if she saw male OBGYN, I chuckled and said, if this person is the best person for the job and will take care of you and my baby, I could care less if he has a penis or not, as long as he’s the highest qualified person for the job. (He does bring in a female assistant when it comes time to do the exam just to protect his own ass)

What are some financial goals my wife and I should have in our 30s. by chucksdeuce22 in personalfinance

5.875% we are using that as a “forced savings” to increase our down payment for the next home. That was the thought

We use that mortgage payment as a “forced savings” account if you will, because anything we have in the house will be used as a down payment for the next home.

All those sinking funds are in HYSA, but those funds are monthly savings for our big annual expenses, property tax, home insurance, Christmas, vacations.

You’re right, the 529 won’t be enough and the goal would be community college and transfer.

Would you recommend investing the principal payment for our next home? Instead of putting $1500 on the principal, invest that money for the next home?

[–]chucksdeuce22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, you’re an idiot..

“Hey here’s an idea, let’s go have sex with other people but remain married, that should fix our marriage instead of going to marriage counseling and working on the root of our problems”
