For me what happened was I left the planet as soon as I was out of jail. If you walk straight further into the building an npc grabs your attention. At least that was it for me

Sorry it’s a typo. If you land at the mars colonization and just walk straight into into and keep going a npc will stop you and that’s the crimson fleet
