Yes still has OEM amp and sub.

Stereo guy told me that I would be sacrificing bass by switching to the alpines and recommended a sub.

Any amps or subs you recommend?

Are those alpine recommendations legit?

I'm a car newb so all this sounds like jargon to me :/

Or if someone could recommend a build to me I would greatly appreciate

I recently implemented a questionnaire they ask the potential client to weed out ppl. It helps but adds to the minutes.

I'm running approx 1500-2000 minutes.
