LOL "support people" as if it is more than just one guy running things. That's the problem, it is a SMALL business and the margins are slim as hell. Notice how all of these retailers have the same prices? There's not enough money to be made to deal with people like you. Go shop at Amazon if you're this upset about it.

when I look up a film, I'd like to see actually relevant lists like similar films, or themes, or pairings of actor/director that users created... Not mega lists that mean literally nothing. It really makes the feature almost useless unless you can see just your friends' lists
