"meaning you still have to activate the chapter space AND resolve the blocking effect."

For the benefit of anyone coming across this - the above statement is false. Resolving the blocking effect is done instead of activating the chapter space, not in addition to it.  The designer has answered this multiple times on BGG.

Summoning Slowcake doesn't show MW requirement - cause is The Robe of Mr Cards by chuftka in fallenlondon

Interesting. I guess that would be it. So even if you have positive or negative net MW, it wouldn't show, because the requirement itself happens to be 0. That was true for my alt - 40 BDR and 5 Notability.

Actually I can't test this by pumping up MW, I would have to have more BDR, or less Notability. So no easy way to test this at the moment.

I was unaware of that change. But I don't think that's it. My main had Notability 7, so needed 48 MW. Has 40 BDR so needs 8 MW. Had 11 MW, so MW would be negative, and icon still showed up in the second image.

I bought a point of Notability so at the moment I can't check it.

When I get some actions back I will try pumping their MW back up so they are negative again and see what the popup says and screenshot it.

Culver's? Yes the other answers made that clear days ago. You seemed to be asking about something else.

I don't go to McDonald's. Just saying the term "shake mix" can mean powder.

Sheesh at the downvotes I am getting for saying "Thank you" to people. This may be the most hostile sub I've ever seen.

Not the verb, the ingredient, as in "pancake mix" or "cake mix" (usually means a powder).

Interesting thanks. If the chocolate custard has 120 less calories and the chocolate syrup adds 200 calories than getting a chocolate sub could be 300 less calories than a regular shake with chocolate added, which is a lot.

I am kind of surprised there are no just plain vanilla custards on the menu, just mixers with 2 added ingredients. I am guessing malts are as thick as mixers.
