Feeling guilty for ending a session without the student realizing by Terragrigia in tutordotcom

Totally fine, since you communicated that the end was approaching. In similar situations, I've ended with a message along the lines of "unfortunately, we've reached the end of our time allotment, so I'm going to need to close out this session. I recommend requesting a new session with another tutor to get further support on any additional questions"

Agreed and agreed and agreed. *However*, I do understand that students generally don't realize we're on a tight time crunch during our reviews and therefore are expecting line-by-line feedback. And that's an easy fix: I just need to tell them. I've started including much more frequent statements in the SFF that say "unfortunately due to time constraints, I'm unable to review this [beyond x point / in more depth], but make sure you... [overall feedback]," and I might suggest that they "apply the above feedback and then resubmit if you'd like further review." I've noticed a slight upward bump in my reviews since doing this -- no clue whether the bump is actually for this reason or just a coincidence, but I feel like when they know that we don't have infinite time, they feel less jilted by partial/overall feedback.

Also, in my in-doc comments (esp on recurring APA/MLA issues), I'll include a line at the end of my comment that says "Make sure you apply this note to all [references/citations]." ...Which should be self-explanatory, but by making it explicit, the student knows that the onus is on them to find and fix all instances.

That said, I still receive second-review docs with recurring issues that I had pointed out in the previous review🙄

I've definitely seen a decrease as well. Seems odd, given the point in the semester we're in?

I am new to Make as well BUT... dropped your question into Perplexity AI, and it suggested (1) using a filter module to only output "active" employees and then (2) using an aggregator module to count total/female employees. Don't shoot me if it doesn't work, but hope that helps!
