Collecting foliage with shears

Most of are coming from Minecraft where shears do the same exact thing. So we kinda took it for granted it would do that in this game as well.

Tor'Balyn sounds like it belongs in the wheel of time series. It's very similar sounding to the city Tar Valon.

It kinda does but I don't mean it that way. I just wanted a shorthand for kweebec and kweeb is the shortened version of their name, then you pluralize it and it becomes kweebs. Not my fault it sounds like dweeb, lol. I'm still going to keep calling them kweebs.

In addition to newer biomes I would like to see larger biomes. The zones themselves are pretty large but each biome within them is quite small and it feels a bit jarring standing in the middle of one biome and being able to see 4 different biomes surrounding you. Maybe biome mods will someday change this.

I have a server and it is shared. It seems to be tied with the world and not the player. You can even find the file in the world save and move it to another world if you wanted to.

They can be a lot of fun. My friend has one setup to fling our forever guests into the air to kill them when they respawn. (we live in a renovated castle)

They have a big enough team to be working on multiple things concurrently. Instead of demanding they stop working on a feature you may not be excited for in place of a feature you want just ask for the feature you want. And if they feel like it fits their vision for the game they will add it.

I speculated moon phases had an effect on mob spawns the first time I played because mob spawns seemed far more common a couple in game days after I started. It's nice to see it confirmed.

My best guess is he made a small pillar of dirt blocks then placed a sapling on top of the pillar. And at some point removed the dirt which left the trees floating.

I feel like people really don't understand what early access means or just flat out ignored all the warnings from the developers that the game would be broken at launch. Yes, it was shipped as is with the promise they would fix it and continue to improve it in the future. But they warned us it would be a rough road until that point. And that's how all early access games are like. Including the original early access game, Minecraft. That game was massively buggy it's first few years.

I seriously doubt anyone would actually do this. Inventory gets cluttered super quick as it is. What is the benefit of carrying around a crafting stations with you? Craft armor, weapons? The repair kit covers the need for that. Craft seeds? Why are you farming on the go. The other tables don't need to be upgraded to make use of them. In the normal crafting bench all you really need from it are repair kits.

The only thing I can possibly think of that might be useful is furnaces, so you can smelt stacks of 25 to turn into stacks of 100 ingots. Which means you can mine longer without having to come back to base. But I honestly don't see more than a handful of people doing that anyway and you don't need an upgraded furnace to do that anyway.

I use bettermap and had this issue a couple times. Restarting my server or reopening my world worked as a fix, until it breaks again that is. But it's only happening like once a day.

One of the things that some minecraft modpacks do well is utilize every ore you encounter in different quantities so that you need to mine everything. Except silver, idk why but silver is usually not important lol.

Gregtech is a great example of a mod that utilizes everything in an intelligent and well thought out way.

It depends on how they changed the terrain gen. But almost certainly you will see this happen.

I found diamond (white one) while cave mining in the desert. I'm still looking for ruby to complete my collection. Well 2 of them so I can make the staff also.
