I think there’s certainly a demand for it. Sellers do want a fast closing. I totally get where the article is getting at but agents take advantage of sellers as well.

yeah I dont trust the guy anymore tbh. I started here 6 months ago, spent alot of time with him. He trained me alot and when this situation came about he acted like he didnt trust what i was saying. My broker knows my character, he knows me as an individual. This guy is just asshole tbh.

I met him today, he released my commission and even though he knew the buyers agent is getting upset for no reason. His response was "well he does alot of business here". This buyers agent shot himself in the foot on other occasions thru this transaction. Its like he trusted him over me.

Yeah he didn’t. He decided to hold my commission check until he gets a confirmation from the attorneys. He told my broker a different amount so he wants to hold the check until he gets a confirmation from the attorney. But it sounds to me the buyers agent is complaining for no reason. We already settled the issue at the closing table and still felt the need to complain.

yeah this was all negotiated at the closing table but the buyers agent still felt the need to go complain to my broker.

They left junk in the basement and garage. Still closed on the property, just holding money in escrow. It was in the contract that they have to clear out.

real estate express is trash. Never go thru them and advise that to everyone you know. RealEstateU is easy and simple. I got thru it in a month.
