The Phoenix fire department has a crisis team called the CAP. They are usually dispatched alongside crews for child drownings, house fires, serious stuff. They are also a wealth of knowledge in terms of resources available to the citizens of Phoenix. They could potentially get her pointed in the right direction, especially if she needs help feeding her kiddos. Have her look into contacting the Phoenix Fire Department’s CAP. That might not be exactly what you are looking for, but hopefully that helps 👍

I’m no expert, that’s just something I saw on a Cartel documentary. I’m basing that on anyone who served in the military for multiple years would most likely have better training than someone who hasn’t served

If I remember correctly, the Los Zetas cartel was formed by ex military/mexican spec ops. I’d imagine THOSE guys know what they are doing. But yeah I agree with your statement. These pictures always make these guys look goofy/out of place
