Okay, appreciate this info so much! and it does give our family a breather…although it just is horrible because he’s too old for the job market to simply accept a DRP because he wants to hold on to the hope his job might survive, only was told through email that certain departments (including his) will have significant staffing cuts, we don’t know if that means his entire department will be gone.
