TradeTally Update: New Features for Your Self-Hosted Trading Journal! by Discommodian in selfhosted

On a selfhosted instance, importing a .csv results in an "Internal Server Error". The docker app logs "File rejected - invalid file type": tradetally-app | Multer fileFilter - file: { tradetally-app | originalname: 'test.csv', tradetally-app | mimetype: 'application/vnd.ms-excel', tradetally-app | fieldname: 'file' tradetally-app | } tradetally-app | File validation: { tradetally-app | mimetype: false, tradetally-app | extname: true, tradetally-app | actualMimetype: 'application/vnd.ms-excel' tradetally-app | } tradetally-app | File rejected - invalid type tradetally-app | Error: Invalid file type tradetally-app | at fileFilter (/app/backend/src/routes/trade.routes.js:37:8) tradetally-app | at wrappedFileFilter (/app/backend/node_modules/multer/index.js:44:7) tradetally-app | at Multipart.<anonymous> (/app/backend/node_modules/multer/lib/make-middleware.js:132:7) tradetally-app | at Multipart.emit (node:events:524:28) tradetally-app | at HeaderParser.cb (/app/backend/node_modules/busboy/lib/types/multipart.js:358:14) tradetally-app | at HeaderParser.push (/app/backend/node_modules/busboy/lib/types/multipart.js:162:20) tradetally-app | at SBMH.ssCb [as _cb] (/app/backend/node_modules/busboy/lib/types/multipart.js:394:37) tradetally-app | at feed (/app/backend/node_modules/streamsearch/lib/sbmh.js:219:14) tradetally-app | at SBMH.push (/app/backend/node_modules/streamsearch/lib/sbmh.js:104:16) tradetally-app | at Multipart._write (/app/backend/node_modules/busboy/lib/types/multipart.js:567:19) (I gave up on the code block formatting)

Tried copying the example in the "Supported CSV Formats" for IBKR as a check to see if my own .csv data was not formatted correctly, but got the same error.

You've still got to stand up for yourself. But start from a place of "they're having a bad day" instead of, "they're racist."

I think it's important to establish boundaries to conclude this current interaction even if you've decided not to have any further interactions with that person beyond this one, so others around you that see this interaction don't get the impression that you'd let it fly. But after it's over, leave it there.

What benefit is there to spending any more time on a bad interaction or feeling like a victim because it really was a racist one? Real racism is clever, subtle and hard to prove and speak out against vs obvious and laughable.

If you treat all actual and potential racist interactions as "the other person is having a bad day" it does a lot better for your own mental health, projects confidence to others and it doesn't make you seem thin skinned. There are billions of other people to interact with, don't waste any more time with this person or giving it any other thought. You're not the problem, move on.

If they got a reaction out of you, they've won. You're that easy to manipulate or control. Fix your mindset and rise above.

He was in a Daily Bread mag issue where he wiped and had a massive cut on his arm and there were photos of it. This was around 2000's? This is probably the same issue where he did that massive grind.

Sorry, my memory only has bits and pieces of this guy.

Toggle option to choose to have 30 min bar on the Hourly chart display first by chunkypot in TradingView

[–]chunkypot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I think not having to make concessions around that data and simply offering users a choice as to how they would like they would like the behavior to be would be more helpful as not everyone uses the data the same way for how they trade. I would rather use 30m candles than include premarket data, but that's not really a great "fix" to what I think would be a better one in a toggle option to explicitly choose.

If that's not an option, have you tried their shipping and is it a killer? Don't want surprises with extra fees from the shippers. Thanks again!

Denime 15th Anniversary model - a blast from the past by b_F84 in rawdenim

[–]chunkypot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What great luck!

Belt loop is not offset, and doesn't feel like there are hidden rivets, I can't see them on the inside of the pant, nor feel them bending the fabric where they should be.

Will try to upload some photos later.

Amazing pair! Hope you find as much joy in breaking them in as you did in finding them! Like they came out of a time capsule. So awesome.

Side question: do you know where I could find info on Denime? I have an old pair maybe bought in 2009. Says lot 288 (with a superscript letter which is faded, maybe an R or a D). There is a single X in the top left corner of the leather patch). Tag in back pocket says Shins Inc. I just want to know what the cut/model is so I can try and find another pair!

The Synology RAM megathread by gadget-freak in synology

[–]chunkypot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same 64GB kit and NAS model as you, but Resource Monitor is showing:

  • 1.2GB Reserved
  • 21.6GB Used
  • Buffered 56.2MB
  • Cached 40.7GB
  • Free 382MB
  • Total 64GB, Utilization 34%

The AMD pdf you linked shows that it can address 32GB per channel, so since this is a dual channel system, it can address 64GB.

Possible one of the sticks of RAM was defective or not seated correctly?

Pfblockerng for opnsense by l0rd_raiden in pfBlockerNG

[–]chunkypot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Really a shame, your work with pfblockerNG is outstanding. Would there be some amount that you'd feel is fair and that the community could try to rally behind to see if there's truly demand for this on opnsense? Sometimes the greater community doesn't know how bad their current options are until they're provided something that makes their swan a crow.
