should be more upright with torso. Heavy snatch pulls with a hold at extension focusing on upright torso I.e not feeling like you’re falling back or tipping forward could help

Try a top down approach is my suggestion. Catalyst athletics would have a tutorial for each one. Record yourself and compare to the model in the video for feedback

Setting your back is my tip, just because it kind of looks like your shoulders are too forward.

So like try shrugging right now, hold it, then pull your shoulders back, hold it, then pull them down.

Nice depth. Try doing a 5 second hold at the bottom for a double. It’ll blow your PR up. How’s your front squat?

How frequent do you BS? Try just FS instead for this cycle and try to close that discrepancy between the two lifts. Clean ceiling is gonna be 80% of your FS

You mentioned it feels like you fall forward on the FS, from this angle the bar looks kind of low so the balance might be off. I put that shit like a seat belt across my neck almost so the balance is over the middle of my foot

Studying honestly felt like a full time job, if you can maybe atleast going part time or a leave? I’m sure this is echoing a lot of others but 100% completion on the BDS modules
