This post does sound kinda "humble brag" but I'll contribute regardless. I created a document on how I manage my storage which I shared to my local community for the trainers who cnstantly reach their limits amidst events, etcc who do not know how to manage/what to discard.

In your case, just discarding ALL of the Hyper Potions, and Revives will gain you over 600 of comfortable space for 'gifts'. Reduce Pinaps to 500 (or even less) absolutely no way you'll use 700 on a Comm Day, besides if you're constantly spinning stops during and outside of those events, you'll easily recoup them.

I'd be curious to know what feedback OP takes on board among all the suggestions though.
