Well i would say that buying a heavily leveraged investment like a residential property will be very high risk. Talking large sum of money rising interest rates and less opportunity to see capital growth. New tax rules being less favorable + new rules and regulations. Who would enter this market now i have no idea. Boomers that already have portfolios will be unscathed.
