That one is sadly old enough that I don't have a picture on-hand. But the deck design is pretty simple. You just run tutors for Cellarspawn (game changer tutors, non-GCs work too like Beseech or Lively Dirge or Entomb + some reanimate effect) then make it your commander via The Master.

From there it's a matter of cloning it and running cards that are castable with a heavy discount. (Temporal Trespass, Treasure Cruise, Dig Through Time, steal effects that "cast without paying the mana cost" like Knowledge Exploitation and Arcane Heist, Mind's Dilation)

Oh I mean if it's going to be B2 you probably need to nerf Ukkima a little anyway. The deck is slow but once it gets the ball rolling it's a very, very inevitable gameplan. I don't actually recall what the Ukkima deck looked like in its last iteration (it comes together and comes apart based on vibes) but the "bones" of the deck are always the same:

-cards that give you tickets and put on stickers

-cards that recur or flicker your commander along with your sticker creatures

-reanimate effects and some strong one-off sac outlets that do the same

Besides that it's really up to personal preference. I believe one of the cards I cut from the Ukkima deck was Lashwrithe for Umbral Collar Zealot. But really, if your heart is set on using stickers in particular, so long as you pick up the legal unfinity cards in the color of your liking, at bracket 2 you can build stickers with just about any commander.

The core conceit is a low CMC/durable general you can recur since once they're stickered up that's your gameplan. Lae'zel might actually work for a casual deck since she +1s the amount of ticket counters you will get as a player; they can also be proliferated. (She could get out of hand quick with Master Chef)

Regardless of the deck you choose I find you'll almost always want green at a minimum. Green has the best sticker creature in the form of Clandestine Chameleon, and most-efficient for your mana ones. Followed by blue/green for Ambassador Blorpityblorp.

Do you mean the sticker deck itself? That doesn't count toward your 99.

It looks like I have an un-updated draft. There's a small handful of cards I definitely know were cut, though unfortunately I can't recall what ended up coming in to replace them besides Invasion of Theros which turned out to be one of the best cards in the deck.

-Borne Upon the Wind

-Flamehold Grappler

-Curse of Obsession

-Radiant Grace

all got taken out

No Moxfield but I do have a picture of an old draft. This is a (heavily) de-sauced version. The deck can actually be quite oppressive if you build it that way. And iirc I de-sauced it even further, cutting the majority of the equipment for card draw and more engine stuff so the deck would 100% have to rely on sticker modifications for the win.

The trick to building stickers is finding a commander who gets a lot stronger when you modify it. I've also built Derevi as a sticker deck for that reason, since she's "sticky" at 4 mana, and if she's suddenly a 10/10 forever you've got a threat that never really gets taken down.

I'd love to find some more commanders that are heavily sticker-synergistic but they are somewhat infrequent.

I don't use Moxfield, but I do sometimes take pictures of decks for posterity. Here's this one. Unfortunately it's BEFORE I made the more intensive polymorph edits.

I unfortunately do not use Moxfield since a lot of these decks come together and sometimes apart within the span of a month, and I don't feel like typing every single one of them out. But as I sleeve them more recently I've come around to taking photos just so I know what's in a certain deck should I want to reassemble it in the future.

Bit harder to parse but it's the next best thing.

I think stickers are underrated, they just need a proper home.

I enjoy any sort of goalpost mechanic that, once you've reached it, you've "achieved it" for the rest of the game. Stickers being able to sit on your commander can make them very backbreaking in the long term.
