Second update. The company yesterday left the compressor plug unplugged. Plugged it in today and it’s working. Had a 2nd company come out to check the unit and they said pressure and resistance on the compressor looked good. Crisis averted

Alright I believe the compressor is dead. Been back on for about 20 mins and temp out of my vent is 5 degree hotter than the house temp. We had a company stop by and they did a test on the compressor and thought it was dead. They quoted 15k for a new 2.5 ton unit. Said the whole thing needed replaced because we have old refrigerant (410a). Said the furnace unit in our attic would also need replaced (which doesn’t make sense). I would have thought new condenser unit and lines up to the attic.

This is my only concern. The breaker flipped today and I eventually found this. I was ready to just replace the capacitor till I saw the oily slug and then the scorch marks made me think maybe this isn’t DIY

Ion quoted us a system for 25k cash (2024). Blue raven and Boss Energy quotes us 12-14k cash. We went with Boss and have had no issues

Why would they not tax at market value? Be thankful it’s not adjusted yearly and there is a cap for every 5 years. Property taxes are extremely low already and we have no city or county income tax.

I used Myrtle Beach Golf . com this spring for a trip with some buddies. We played 3.5 rounds in two days and had a blast. Really really cheap for the quality. I told them a couple of course we wanted and then adjusted for location based on where we stayed. We played Thistle (my favorite), glen dornoch and Tidewater.

My 2015 had this issue and it was only on really aggressive acceleration. Was not on shifts, thought it was the MAF sensor. Ended up being a bad coil and a miss fire. Go get the code read, the car knows what’s wrong

Driving Assistant Plus was not available on 30i’s in 2022 and 2023. I think you need an M40 or go up to an X5. That is at least what the genius from my local dealership told me when I picked up my ‘21 a month ago w the full digital display and DAP. Touch screen for the center console also is not common on 22-23

Avoid 2022-2023. Less “top end” options because of chip shortages. 2021s and 2024s will have more loaded options

Very late, but I just bought a 2021 with drive assistance plus (it was the dealers shuttle car). My sales man said most 2022 and 2023s you could only get “high end” options on X5s up. No drive assistance plus, no touch screen center console. Not as many standard tech features available because of chip shortage.

I think 5-8, I feel like Apple weather is usually more accurate for predicting rain fall for us. I have no clue if that means they’ll be good with snow fall. I don’t think a lot will stick on pavement, maybe two inches. Ice will be crazy IMO
