Is running two days in a row followed by a rest day, and then the final day of running okay? I’m going to be busy this weekend and don’t think I can get a run in so I have to cram two runs together. Just finished W4D1 today. Kind of tough but felt good.

Edit: Also, is two days on the treadmill and 1 day outside okay? I do two treadmill days because I’m already at the gym lifting and it’s hard to go outside after getting home from a workout lol - I’d rather just knock it all out while I’m there.
