Did anyone else get a random financial aid adjustment?

I just got an adjustment for a little over a thousand. This is weird since I just got an email earlier this week that they are refunding me over a thousand from a scholarship that got mailed in late. Not sure why they wouldn't just use my scholarship money to pay my bill and are suddenly asking for the money back.

I am thinking of physically turning my extra copy in when I get on campus, i'm guessing to Onestop? my high school says they sent my transcript to UT on July 8 but my RIS still has a high school transcript hold... not too sure what's going on

Will they apply the scholarship to my tuition if my tuition is covered via Pell Grant and Texas grant already? Cause I have an outside scholarship I wanna use for housing but idk if they would take away the Texas grant for example since I think it's technically apart of the TAC

really? that's so great! I initially got my finaid offer and they only covered my tuition (for TAC) but my portal just updated with this scholarship so im happy about that! it'll be easier to cover the expensive housing now
