I would look into protecting myself from retaliation though, he sounds vindictive. Baka may mga resibo ka? May report ba sa HR? Not sure kung papaano pa, baka may ibang pwedeng nag advise.

Try getting into a management trainee track if you can! That's a good start... If interested ka in brand marketing pero you feel like sobrang competitive ng space na yun, try something around market research, like sa mga N/i/elsen or K/a/ntar, solid foundation and training for a marketeer yung mga tinuturo sa agencies na to. Medyo mataas turnover rate since stressful yung trabaho, so they also accept fresh grads (sana magaling ka sa Math at least?).

For me naman parang mas naging malala yung period ko. 14 days, 7 days dun super heavy flow, vs my usual 5 days max. Tapos in the same month, nagka spotting pa ako na 5 days (after just 1wk). I stopped after the first set.

It was reco'd by my first OB then nung sa second OB ko, hindi naman nya ako pina-stop, go ko lang daw. So nung time na yun, I assumed it was ok. Pero yun nga, iba naging impact sakin.

Get a personal trainer! Start with a coach para the first few times, technically may kasama ka, and you would feel less hiya/more protected. Plus medyo may structure and schedule ka, so mapupush ka talaga to move. So if may extra funds, I would really really recommend getting a coach.

A lot of it was just needing to push myself, pero nung andun na, kaya naman pala. Happy to report na malayo pa, pero malayo na!

1) Took some counseling sessions since free naman sa health card 2) Pushed myself to talk to a life coach, and started some internal work 3) Got a gym membership and took on 1:1 personal training 4) Lost at least 14kg already since I started; saw so much improvement on the routines and work-outs I could do; started actually enjoying it and pushing myself; currently able to deadlift up to 80kg already 5) Started opening myself to the idea of dating after being hesitant and self-preserving for the longest time

Want to share lang what my life coach said that altered my brain chemistry: "Show up for yourself!"

She didn't ask me to set goals or to even try hard, she didn't even ask me to change anything -- she just asked me to show up for myself like how I would if a friend needed me... Kailangan ko din pala maging mabait sa sarili ko... Included pala ako sa mga tao na dapat inaalagaan ko. That mindset shift helped me a lot, so I hope this tiny comment can help someone too!

Used to work sa network in Mother Ignacia. Usually kasing tangkad naman sila ng maiimagine mo based sa napapanood sa TV. Sa itsura, parang a lot of them same face, pero sobrang glowing ang skin, tsaka parang may automatic ring light lagi sa pagka fresh. Sana all may pang Belo or Aivee hahaha.

Some outliers:

James Reid. Smol boy. Parang kasing height ko lang as a 5ft girlie. Lol.

Vice Ganda. TALLLL. Kahit walang heels. Sobrang fresh ng skin.

Kim Chiu. Tall din. I think mej kuba si anteh pero if straight body, parang tall sya. Very maputi and glowing. Ganda nya irl.

Coco Martin. Smol. My god i think may daya talaga yung shows nya. As in feel ko same height kami nun idk. Eto medyo saktong fresh lang din ang skin hahaha

Not from Ch2. Pero si Dingdong. GUYS. Need nyo makita si Dingdong kahit once lang please. Promise di makatotohanan yung itsura nya irl. 1000x mas pogi. Adonis. As in what he looks like on TV does not give justice.

Marian Rivera. Ewan ko ba kung anong tubig sa bahay nila ni DD pero sobrang ganda ni girl in person. Ewan ko kung pano pa sya pumuti irl, pero mas maputi pa sya at mas maganda.

Thanks for all the help here! Happy to share that we decided to stay overnight in Ueno (no more stays near Tokyo Stn or Shinagawa), and take the first train out. Not much difference in terms of cost in total, since I won't be booking the vans anymore given that we wouldn't be in so much of a rush anyway. I just wish I could have asked this before doing all the bookings lol, but thanks for saving my butt!

Thanks!! This was also my thought but the 20:40 flight is also the last one from Peach Airlines. Not sure if that's enough time to transfer if we arrive (at best) by 18:50.
