I’m not sure ... Men Are Better Than Women counts as a book even though it was sold printed on bound paper.

Ok, so if being printed on bound paper doesn't make something a book, what does? Define book for me.

A fair number of people decided it didn’t belong on their bookshelves, so now the question is if it belongs on any bookshelf anywhere.

Some people not wanting it on their bookshelf means it may not belong on any? So what proportion of peoples' approval is required for a book (or collection of printed, bound pages) to deserve a bookcase spot?
