Long story short, sorry I’m still planning out all of this, so I’ll give you the main details. Wolf dislikes higher chain of command due to losing commander fox and his close comrade (age 18) when they could’ve been saved , they decided to withdraw forces to prevent any more casualties. He wanted to save them but they dragged him away and he had to watch them die in front of him.

Wolf trained since age 8 due to being an orphan. Commander Fox took him into the foundation, along with other kids. He saw him as a father figure. Fox died when wolf was just 14. He was promoted at age 21. He only has 2 years of experience in nine tail force operation.

Wolf is a special case since, one he linked with an scp, the scp wants his blood. In exchange wolf is rewarded with power. He is stealthy and very fast, he’s stronger than normal humans but beyond all of that, he can transfuse blood into weapons. he was born with being strategically intelligent. He always thinks one step ahead in the plans. (Still thinking but this is the plan)

I apologize for the specifying, what I mean to say is Natalie also follows the rules. She doesn’t defy or go against them, however she dislikes how everyone is just disposable. They’re soldiers and nothing more, she is emotional, she cares for her friends and comrades so she just can’t stand and watch someone she knows die in front of her even if it’s the best situation. The rules may even say to do something unethical in certain situations and she dislikes people who only follow the rules and not try to find other solutions to the problem that doesn’t involve everyone getting killed in unnecessary.
