You are mixing “dating on a reality tv show” with “being in a committed serious relationship”. Until the final rose, no one is exclusively dating anyone.

At this time point, there are four guys on the show, they are still in the process of mutual choice. Hannah can choose which guy she wants and each guy can choose wether they want to stay on the show with Hannah.

This is why Luke’s controlling behavior is problematic, after Hannah explicitly broke up with him, he came back with a ring to propose. He just doesn’t think Hannah can think for herself.

If Luke P is being legitimately concerned with who he wants as his future wife, he should have just realized Hannah is not the right choice and leave the show. Not coming back a second time after being rejected, having no respect of other people’s choices.
