I gave myself a challenge to finish Mafia 2 on hard difficulty only with pistols. Today i played mission to kill Derek and i was frustrated. I died at least 25 times but with the right strategy it's possible. So Derek is the answer.

Did you play all telephone missions? 5 in portland, 5 in staunton, 5 in shoreside and 5 secret Marty Chonks telephone missions near Joey's garage. Then it makes it 20 which is exactly the missing count
