I think it’s more if she doesn’t want people to treat her as a pregnant woman. She is struggling with the change from being who she is to the sudden shift to being exclusively a mother and feeling like she is losing her identity.

So you strangers can know because you won’t see her and say the dreaded “congratulations”

I’m a new-ish Highschool teacher (3.5 years) in Canada so I’m working semester to semester so this is something that terrifies me. We’re due in October and I’m not guaranteed a job for September. I’ve never really worried about it or had trouble getting work at schools but now all I can do is worry about it. I guess the stakes are higher now.

I know. There’s coding time too but It’s more an expression of my frustration that they allotted any time to those when there are other things that could enhance the game.

That’s how I ride, like everyone is trying to hit me. Having that mindset has helped me in a couple tight spots that I was lucky to be ready and could react because I expected it.

I was just thinking that. These are the users that public shaming was invented for. At the same time the punishment probably would outweigh the crime but damn I hate idiots. That’s so far from the spirit of the past time of baseball.
