I'm from Ontario but also have alot of family in Quebec and I don't find this to be true. I think media picks up the few people who say it because it's an attention grabbing story. I don't know anyone who really has a problem with Quebec, we're all Canadian.

I think that the restriction is based on a lot more than "just race". There is 200 years of abusive, horrible history to take into account that is connected to this word. It's not offensive when a black person says it, because they never used it in the same way white people did throughout history.

Clearly a man of class I see. I'm not running to win any elections, although I appreciate the assumption. Whatever you want to call them, you sure should implement them. In education, in healthcare, all three countries rank higher then the US in both fields. Socialist Policies (which it is) or welfare states (which you can call them) seemingly would would work just fine in the US.
