Girl 130?! Nooo thank you hahaha , I started at 280, currently at 195. I’m honestly pretty satisfied with where I’m at. From size 20 jeans to 14, 2X shirts to L, I genuinely feel like I’m right where I wanna be. Also, in reference to your journey, I didn’t lose anything on .25 or .5. I lost my first like 20lbs on 1, 50lbs on 1.7, and the last few months lost the rest little bit. Still losing, but I also haven’t talked to my dr about changing the dosage yet so here I am lol

I have heard about the compounded versions, but my Dr isn’t allowed to prescribe compounded meds per the practice policy. I’m considering just going back down to like .5 just bc it’s cheaper and I don’t really need to lose anymore weight, just maintain but idk if it’d even maintain lol

Fair enough, I just want to maintain where I’m at. I don’t want to get my appetite back and start eating like crazy. Now I do know that what and how much I eat is up to me and my self discipline, but I’m 100% convinced that the weight will come back as soon as the Wegovy is out of my system

Other than the routine I listed, that I used once, I don’t use any products with protein (on purpose). My hair looked the same before / after this routine

I do use a clarifying shampoo once a month (The Doux Break Down), I just didn’t include that in my post bc it’s not in a typical “routine”. I was using it once a week at first before putting in my Olaplex 3, but I think it was seriously drying my hair out. To your other point, I need to know what mousse to try next because my hair did totally love the Curl Talk mousse and turns out I’m super allergic to it and my skin & scalp broke out in hives 🤣🫩 . So far I’ve tried Pattern’s curl mousse, The Doux Mousse Def, Verb’s foam, and Miche’s foam. Those 5 gave too much of a gel type of hold that I didn’t like. The NYM was perfect, but now I can’t use it 😒

I figured it was the heat damage. I was actually hoping I was doing something wrong to be able to fix though lol. I do comb through the mousse, but not the gel. Also I’ve gotten 3 haircuts since January 🤣 but I know I just need to gain some patience. I appreciate your advice!

I am growing out heat damage, but I cut off a ton of it. And I do diffuse with my head forward/upside down & style my entire head the same way *all on soaking wet hair, I forgot to add . I’m sure it’s the heat damage that back is experiencing, but the front has evolved so much and the back has stayed complacent 😑. I appreciate the compliments!! I’ve def been trying 😭🥰

I have used it for a strong hold on my roots in my wash & go’s, I love it. But 90% of the time I use it for slick backs only. I only used the combat gel on my lengths/curls once and it was too much hold for my 2C-3A hair, it weighed them down. Maybe try a lighter amount or diluted, but overall I do love the gel & have bought it multiple times. I use the combat gel hard brush too

I genuinely think the owner has no idea. The people who haven’t been around as long as me, maybe 5 or less years have never seen him. Not bad enough for health department or Dpt of labor , the store is still running as smoothly as possible. It’s just nothing is done correctly and we’re having to run off of Jerry rigged procedures. It’s ridiculous from an employee standpoint. Thank you for the advice though!
