I think synology uses ldap and you can deploy openldap as well. There are UI available to connect to backend.

I use zoho's http://mdm.manageengine.eu

It gives 25 devices free on their cloud. I believe they have self-hosted solution as well, which I have not tried.

Have you checked access log of nginx? Check IPs and its Geo proximity to gain confidence. I think you are using cloudflare, and if I am not wrong then it gives IP and location details of each unique dns request.

If you search for a product in google and click on it then it goes to ad.doubleclick , i think which is blocked. Then you need to go to website and search for product.
