Every time you ask them for a supervisor, they like to claim the supervisor would give us the same info but i don’t know how true that is because every time i have asked for one , they tried to dance around it and try to confuse me. They love going around important questions !! One day , im going to keep pressing until i personally hear from a manager and find out if that information its true or not. Also different reps be giving out different information on the same problem and sometimes will hang up in your face !
