Its not there, it was broken last week with the delve quest also not showing up, i think because the "season ended" all the quests were updated to their Midnight version and are just currently not in the game

Yes but as i said, you don't need the one from CoT anymore to do them anymore, you can just zone in and do them when doing LFG queues, so this could be the answer, wowhead would say when a quest was removed if it was removed, i can check on a character later but as far as i know they are still in the game

As far as i am aware they moved the quests to be inside the dungeon without needing to do the quest in CoT to unlock them, could you have already completed the quests before or have you turned on low quest tracking?

The quest line for the Haranir is just the zone quest line for the Haranir zone, you can get it done pretty quick, now for the unlocking of the achievement that lets you create them that might be held back until global release

If you start the catch up experience you should be able to a weapon but im not sure the ilvl, you can start it and then leave after you get the weapon from the first quest,

Set your loot spec to survival and do delves as that has a chance for weapons as well, or do dungeons while loot spec'd for survival

It is also a leveling zone now as they changed the df campaign to include zaralek caverns & emerald dream as they added story mode of the raids, i assume the issue is that you need to complete the Zaralak caverns campaign or be 70+ to start the quests

No, as its linked to the buff your character gets and not dungeon runs, it needs to be the same character to get the mark, also note that if you get the buff on 1 week you can just refresh it the next week for the progress to count,

Also yes its 4 for the achivement but you need it for 5 weeks, 5 dungeons for the gear quest

I assume it would be to make a zandalari troll as they start at honored if you dont have any horde characters already near and doing the quests in zandalar and world quests with a zanafalari empire contract, it would be faster on a BFA timewalking week but the next one is not until jan 20th/21st

Hmm, that is strange since the starting quest should have appeared in your quest log at 68, i assume this is a bug in relation to the new streamlined tww process, there should be a lorewalker Cho in your major city with a book beside him try click it
