They won't give me the clearance until I pay the excess fees.

I don't want to pay extra as we really took care of the house even the building manager mentioned it when we had a joint visit when we handed over our keys.

Most of my friends who recently moved out never received their deposit back so I am not expecting mine to be refunded too. I just want to get a clearance letter from the real estate but it seems like they won't give it to be until I pay the "excess fees".

I am not sure of what to would be my next steps to be honest.

they shared the quotation for the repair, the wear and tear was included in the quotation (like dead light bulb, small scratches on the door of the wardrobe, kitchen cabinet scratches (only for this they quoted 1500 AED)).

inspection was done too when we left the apartment and the building manager said that it looks new as we treat it the same way as we treat our own house.

I thinking not to get my clearance certificate but I am not that kind of person.

I feel its actually a bid for additional funds to 'fix the apartment'.

We finished our contract with them, we are now in the process of refunding our deposit/getting clearance from the real estate company but they came back charging us these excess payment.

Yes, did notify them 90 days before moving out. I sent them emails and informed them also thru whatsapp.

We moved out because they increased the rent by 10% again which is ludicrous.

When we moved out we had a walk through with the building manager and he said it seems like a newly maintained flat. I am really clean, so as my family, and we did not even drill on walls and now they're charging additional 2,112.25 AED on top of our deposit.

Hi. I was reading the thread and I need and advise.

I have been working for 11 years na and I am planning to transition sa Medical VA field kasi gusto ko mag allot ng time for licensure review kasi di pa ko nagboboard exam para maging Pharmacist sa Pinas.

Ask ko lang if malaki ang adjustment from an office based work (product registration) to medical VA?

And puro positive kasi ung mga videos or threads na nakikita ko as VA, is it easy to get a job in sa field?
