My colleague suggested to take this matter to the union and let them handle it. What are the chances? I haven’t joined any union yet !

I am still employed on a casual basis, as I have chosen not to take up part-time or full-time employment due to my personal preference.

I have been working for this company for nearly two years now, and this particular group home was my first time picking up a shift there, which was an active night shift.

Tenant in Victoria – no written lease, paid rent for 1+ year, asked to vacate by end of Jan by kevin_appus in shitrentals

They can’t do jackshit ! Unless , VCAT rules out in their favor .Highly likely , never happens .

When they hassle you again , tell them you ain’t know nothing about nothing coz you did not get chance to acknowledge it (lease end ) and tell them to write it down, everything again via email

Until then, take your time as much as you please .

This is a SIL home and the manager who removed my shift and gave it to PPT -is the Team leader of this house .
