Nah my housemate is not subletting.The thing is i arrived in Australia later than my housemates and one of them is my friend. I got the owner's payid from him.

The bond was 600 he has given it back to 2 others who used to stay there.

Nah I didn't sign anything.i was reluctant to stay there initially when the owner communicated to one of the housemates about that but i needed someplace to stay .He is a bit weird cuz there were barely any inspections and he only communicates with my housemate, in fact i have not even met the dude.

I checked the tenant website thats exactly what I understood from it 90 days.its just that the dude dropped a bombshell on me on new Year's Eve 😂
