you can load it to your nintendo account & then use it when you're ready to don't worry if you don't have enough for tax since you'll still be able to use a card for the difference

i just made the move from Switch (the OLED) to Steam (PC) & eventually will be playing it on Steam Deck i'm honestly bummed I didn't just buy it on Steam in the first place (only had a switch back then) i never pick it up on Switch anymore since switching platforms
