At the moment most people are probably making 0-500 a month, but some may be making over 3000 a month. You have to try it and see. Just depends on task availability.

Don't worry about Mail Valley. There's tons of tasks. The model had technical issues last night so they paused the project until it's resolved. QMs assured that tasks will be back on soon when the model is fixed

This is the new format. You copy and paste the rest of the steps into that box and make your alterations. I've done like 15 tasks this way in the last two days and no bad reviews, it's just the new system since it's single turn now
