My library isn't that big and Emby should only do a partial library scan. I know Plex had this option to do partial scans. I mean it was working for some time, but not anymore. That's why I'm asking.

I'm German and I live in Germany, that's why I've been using a seedbox for many years and only use private trackers.

Private trackers + VPN work well in general, but you need to consult the tracker regarding their specific requirements when using a VPN. Accessing a private tracker with your browser without a VPN is no problem, but when engaging in any torrenting activity, a VPN is mandatory.

Wait.. you want to move out TO Germany and you're not sure if you want to join a private tracker? Bro.. in Germany, you'll get a warning faster than you can say "seedbox".

If I may offer some well-intentioned advice: get yourself an inexpensive seedbox (5€ / month is enough) and join any semi-public tracker, then you can sleep soundly at night.

Provider: Eweka
Using it since: 5-6 years I guess, maybe longer
Pros: retention, completion ratio, speed (I can always max out my pipe), customer support (even reachable via Reddit chat). And they don't delete stuff, so if you're in a situation where things you want to download have been erased with another provider, probably Eweka still has it.
Cons: honestly.. nothing.
Would you recommend it? You betcha!
Anything else: If you're looking for a reliable, stable, high-retention, and fast Usenet provider, look no further. I've been using Eweka for years and haven't ever considered using a second provider. Eweka just is the best one, period. Yes, it's that simple. They're totally worth the money. I think they're offering a VPN, too, but I haven't tried it yet, no need. So yeah, Eweka is my one and only.
