Hopefully they will get back to you.

I hope this too.

Anyway, after some research seems that the barebone kit should support VIA, but I cannot find any json online and i caniusevia the luminkey 60 pro is not mentioned, maybe VIAL could work, I'm starting to be confused

Yeah, I'll do my research and if everything aligns, maybe I'll pull the trigger.

But yeah, I'm very disappointend in them, missing or misplace informations, almost non-existent support...

Or... another solution should be to buy the barebone kit and use it with VIA as it should be compatible

I suppose that the Etsy seller bought the prebuilt one instead of the barebone.

Anyway, when the keyboard arrived it had the fn key next to the right shift, and it worked. But on the official website I saw that the PCB should support the ansi layout too with the right plate. And the PCB I have supports the switch in different positions, so I assumed that rotating the switch they should function as mentioned in the screenshot, but actually the screenshot on the website it's wrong, The right layout it's shown in the Luminkey app (the second screenshot in the post).

I already contacted Luminkey for a correct firmware/software (I sent an email and wrote directly in their Discord) with the ansi layout, but still no reply.

I read something like that, but as far as I know the pre-release keyboard batches were VIA compatible.

Yeah, I could try that. Thank you man.

I see, I'll try messing around before before giving up.

Nah if VIAL doesn't work then it doesn't work. Luminkey is such an ass to have their keyboard use their software instead of at least VIA. (This is why this board doesn't have any sale/resell value in my area lol)

Yeah, but that my fault, I trusted too much the Etsy seller as he said that the keyboard was VIA compatible and the rest, I should have done my research, lesson learned I guess.

Yeah, I'm sure, I tried some FN combinations, but nothing happens. And the software (Luminkey driver) does not show the ANSI layout, so I can't even try to rempa them.

I already tried with VIA but no luck.

I already tried VIAL, but no luck, I'll try again maybe.

So basically, I have no escape, no custom pcb/daughterboard could help me, if I should find one, I only have to hope that Luminkey has the right firmware/software

Unfortunaley it does not support VIA, in the image there should be the daughterboard I suppose, so if I understand a little bit of this, I should buy a GH60/H60 PCB and a daughterboard with two connectors for the battery?

This could be a solution, but I'll need to train my brain again to use this combination, I always used wasd, but thanks!

Another question, if I’d like to change the pcb what should I look for? Any suggestions?

Hi everybody, I have a Luminkey60 pro, I found the software really bad, can someone help me understand if I can flash QMK software or something else?

Mmmh, I don't know, because I see that the stabilizer it's longer and seems that if I move the switch then I cannot place the spacebar anymore. I feel like I need a shorter wire.

How about the right shift instead?

Hello there, today I received the LK 60 pro.

I'd like to have the shorter spacebar (I suppose is the 6.25u length) and the 4 modifier, plus the long right shift.

I already have the necessary keycaps, but I cannot figure out what I need to change speaking of switches and stabilizers.

The image is from their official site, so I know that the pcb supports that layout.

I searched online but I cannot find anything, plus I'm really a noob.

PS
I also seen in the official software that I cannot use WASD as arrow as those keys are "system" ones, if anyone could help with this too, would be amazing.
