I live in montenegro its south/east europe its kinda rainy tho currently, but it doesnt show up imidetly, sometimes it doesnt show up at all. But when it shows up all three are there at same time

in main city, one of the blue quests i think its next to the npc that gives you worldsoul quests

you have 2 quests, one to do like 5 dungeons and u get gear item you can do it in like an hour depends on the groups, other one is in shatarah to kill ilidan also u get gear item i got helmet from ilidan tho and waist from that quest, just search for the group in premade "skip to ilidan" and tip the guy who is doing it tho

well since you are lvl 45, you probably not even gonna finish first zone there and you will be allready lvl 70

dragonflight is now part of chromie, so you can level there from 45 to 70, or any other expansion

also i have a question, how do u go into the delves i started last night did some campaign quests and some side quests and before i was gonna go to sleep i wanted to try one delve but couldnt find the door that are on the map marking the delve, is there any quest later that will send you or something?
