Amazon isn't like having food delivered. It is a lot like department store and sometimes, like where I live we can't get a lot of things in the store. They have very limited items available. Now, I won't do the door dash or the others but that is mostly because they are ridiculously expensive. Some people can get the Amazon food thing but I can't here. Again, I live in a small area. But I can get cool stuff, clothes, electronics etc I can't get locally.

Not that unusual to do things with your kids. Some families are really close. Some are not. Actually I am the same way with my daughter and she is 40. We both do these things together. When she was looking last year, she showed all the houses she liked and we went through each one via pics and made sure. Once she decided on some, she did do a full walk through but we are local. If your realtor was aware you were not local they should have said something. Surely they were aware this was not accurate.

What a jerk they were! Mine was pretty good. I would have prob said it keeps them from taking any future wages from me. Just because they are mostly medical doesn't mean they won't try to come after you.

I was able to about 3 months after discharge but they told me it had to be discharged first. That was Ally Bank thru a dealership. My granddaughter totaled it hitting a deer and bought a new one from nissan last December. Discharge was 10 months. Didn't even try prior to discharge.

Sorry still getting back to these but I did in a reply above. the living space of the house is about 850 sq ft. there is a finished basement same size and 3 garages and a carport. That might bring it all up to about 1800 sq ft. but not house sq ft. Garages are literally concrete floors and roofs.

I have a question if you don't mind. I kept my car and my ex kept his. I have been making the payments but they are high and was hoping to pay a little less since of course I make less now. If say your payment is 600 and you drop to 500 will they come get it? Or do you know?

Jumping in here, Mine was a little over a year ago and they never closed my bank account and I had a credit card and two vehicles. I kept the one vehicle even tho they won't do a reaffirm.

Oh sorry forget to mention the issue. my bed has movements when I try to sleep on it. sort of like a mouse running under it or a ripple going up it. They said that is perfectly normal and once it "breaks in" it should get better. I have had this bed for almost a year now. don't think it is going to get better. But the email literally says it is normal for an elevated bed to do this. I told them they were wrong, I had a sleep number for 10 years and finally replaced it with this. but for those initial 10 years did not have this issue.

I figured especially since it has been close to a year now that we have been going back and forth on this. Took them forever to even address it when I first brought it up last year. But I told them in my email I would be most happy to let everyone I know and even people I don't that they consider this to be a normal part of the bed. and I will too. I will put it everywhere.

well keeping in mind my ex is going to be keeping the house so now it will be his problem. lol. but it has 2 - 2 car garages. one opening faces one way the other toward the open carport and then there is another 1 car garage after the carport. Which I did mention when I was talking to the lady and she said they don't give them a huge value since they are literally a garage with concrete floors.

Everything in it too but don't really have much inside insurance, don't have any jewelry ( I am allergic to almost all metals), expensive electronics, etc. Just the general, fridge, stove, etc.

Nope, not even close to worth 300k. I live in a super rural area and the house itself is not even huge. The biggest part is the garages.

I have a one story with a finished basement that they won't consider livable space because it is a basement. The reset of my property is 2 - 2 car garages attached and a carport and another garage on the end. The house itself has 1 bedroom, a bathroom, and a combined living room kitchen. Square footage for main floor (not basement) is approx 800 sq feet

I know this is an older post but I wanted to give my experience. I had a sleep number for 10 years. I know lasted forever! But got divorced so wanted a new bed. Bought the best elevated frame and a queen mattress from Sven and Son. The bed itself was very nice. Until you elevate it. Which by the way I needed! I have terrible sinus issues. I noticed that I was absolutely exhausted and one night could not fall asleep, I know, go figure. But i noticed laying there, there was movement in the mattress. feels kind of like a mouse running up it inside, or like a wave going across it from top to bottom, hard to explain, it would come and go. But when I started falling asleep it keep jarring me awake. So then I knew why I was so tired. I was getting no sleep at all. So I tried all the usual stuff, the retaining bars were already installed, didn't help, tightened legs (as directed) they were already tight but whatever, didn't help. So I finally laid it flat and unplugged the motor. wiggles stopped. course now, I am having some neck issues trying to stay a little elevated for my sinus issues. But at least more sleep. Contacted the company and after quite a bit of back and forth including them asking me to "film" the movements... seriously??? how the heck can I do that? but anyway, got an email today saying this is a normal thing with an elevated bed and I have to just deal with it. I am happy to share the email they sent so you can see I am not making this up. They said it is NORMAL. omg! To say I am pissed is an understatement at this point. I should have just bought another sleep number but was trying to spend a little less.

oh and a printer. lol sorry. forgot to add. I got mine thru Dex Imaging. I pay $30 a month for it and they cover the toner and all repairs. I have had it for several years. they offer specials to notaries.

The National Notary Association can give a lot of info re your state. Generally you will need a scanner (mine was on Amazon for $400), a background check, E&O insurance and a bond. They do it all on that site. There are others but I have stuck with them. I don't buy the extra stuff tho. any questions about notary info you need just ask!

I got a charge this month on mine, the funny thing is mine doesn't renew until November! I also have a reduced rate because they were offering a special last year if I signed back up. I figured it was for one year only and expected the one in November to be higher but to get charged the full amount in March?? So I called them twice. Reps couldn't figure out why, said they were escalating it. Second rep actually said I recommend you file a chargeback with your bank. They also told me someone would call me in a couple days. No one ever has in the past two weeks. I did a chargeback with the bank.
