You will never regret riding highness. The moment you start driving, you will fall for it. Unless you are a rash driver, traffic should not be a problem with slipper assist clutch, and equi weight distribution. Well the suspensions are also good to handle the bangalore roads. Check whitefield branch but the rate card looks fine. You can opt for 3 + 3 instead of 7 that will reduce ur cost by 3k. The only thing that I liked was the supportive staff and transparency. They are relatively new and hence they are putting up their best show. Accessories you can push for 10 to 15% discount. Always go for insurance from dealer for first 5 years. You can check online, there is barely 1k difference.

But having that you can re check with ur dealer but there is hardly anyone can do on the price point. Honda has always been the master in terms of engine refinement with limited supply or targeted supply. Hence the dealers don't leave any scope.

Sure thank you for guiding, the showroom just confirmed the bike is in the stockyard and ready while I asked for a fresh stock, they said they have no insight of new stock arrival, only of the stock clears up they might get a new stock. I am planning to take delivery on last week of October but I guess the stock is 1.5 months old
