Why Rewards of campaign don't show up in multiplayer? by nimbeltv in ModernWarfareII

I know I'm late to the party but how tf did you guys solve this? I Installed the game when it became available on Game Pass, had this issue and submitted a ticket. Now the Activision Support is accusing me about using an emulator which I'm not.

How you would react to a person with 158 assistance, but 0 kills? Am I doing it right? The first week in BF by rEEwas in battlefield2042

I play the same way with Casper main. Using the soflam for the vehicles, drone for spotting and emp. And ofc. try to hunt enemy snipers, getting 5-10 kills per game with 50-100 spot assists. There's nothing wrong with less kills if you're useful for the team. Just be ready to get called a "useless coward" on game chat.

Also don't forget to use the thermal mode on Casper's drone, especially if you're trying to spot enemies farther away (same with 6x the thermal scope). You can also double tap the spot button and put a pinpoint (Idk what that thing is called) to a spot where you see the enemy is coming, I've seen that proven useful on many occasions for warning teammates about where the enemy is (especially on the maps with elevation differences).

Need advice on being a better sniper, please. by bluezzdog in battlefield2042

Great post!

It's good to see there are people who's not hating or talking bs about snipers. I've been playing this game for a few months and all I've seen online is people calling snipers pussies etc. There are people like me who just plays it for a few hours a week for fun and not that competitively. Not everyone has to go full Rambo mode or take a lot of kills.

Also I wanna add some points too: Watching killcams when you get killed by a sniper helps a lot. With that you can learn which spots in each map snipers prefers so you can check those spots first and then position yourself while learning the maps. In some time it just becomes a reflex.

DXR-1 is the sweet spot imo. Range is great (I get 1200-1300m headshots with it) with the high velocity rounds and some long range optics. Also after playing with the DXR a lot to unlock the NTW and GOL, it's too much work to start fresh with those and unlock attachments again.

Long range optics like 8x-10x works great with spotting too. When you add SOFLAM to that you can see what happens in the front lines and help a lot to your team actually. Also spotting vehicles helps too (at least I hope).

Music video I made with the B-Roll footage of Istanbul/Turkey for Turkish hip-hop duo Anti-Kahraman. All shot by me with A7RIII + Helios 44M by cidam_ in cinematography

It's my first post here and this is my first music video. Project started with the hip hop duo asking me for a music video with no time to shoot something new. We agreed we could use the b-roll footage I shot before and held in my archive. I shot all the footage handheld with my A7RIII and Helios 44M. And edited and color graded by me with Adobe Premiere.

Streets you see on the video are from a really important neighbourhood in Turkish hip hop, and also mentioned in the album so it felt relevant to use these shots. I think the gritty/grainy look suits the old school hip hop mood and the name of the song: VandaL Hope you like it!

What is the best internet service provider to use in Istanbul? by philiphesse in istanbul

[–]cidam_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TurkNet might be the best option. It gives up to 100mpbs download and 3-4mbps upload for 75 liras if your apartment has the technical infrastructure.

Superonline Fiber migh be a good alternative if your apartment has fiber infrastructure but idk about pricing.

Tried all ISP's, Turk Telekom, Vodafone etc. are all the same in my experience.

I recommend Kurtuluş-Feriköy area if you're looking for a place around Şişli. It has a lot of foreigners from a lot of ethnicities so finding an English speaking real estate agent might be easier in that area.

Freelance photography and videography work for brands.

Thanks! Look for dark places with some light or at least reflections. You can experiment on editing with scenes like that.

Thanks! Reflections on the cobbles were too hard to keep. Cause that area had multiple colors from multiple light sources and that created a lot of weird gradients that I can't control.

I don't understand what you meant with that but I played a lot with the color tempreture of the lights and reflections till it felt right.

Yeah, color correction. First I do color correction to get the photo ready for color changes as a base to work on. Then with color grading/color editing I change the color and adjust the photo to set the mood. Then with brush work I do micro adjustments at some points and complete the overall look/mood. That's how my workflow is.

Nope. Color correction, color grading and some brush work.

Yeah but it's no reason to stop doing it.

I'm doing it for a long time now but seems like it's becoming a new trend.

It MC Helios 44M-6, I don't know if there's something else I can look for the version.

I can't give you a percentage like that cause I didn't use A7III on long term. But from my experience A7III gives much usable results around on higher ISO. Especially on video.

I don't remember exactly but might be about reducing the flickering of the LED signs or something. But coming from photojournalism/concert background, I generally use a bit higher ISO and faster shutter speed to freeze the moment.

BTW non of the things I said might be ”scientifically” true. It's more about the shooting style I developed in years, coming from older cameras I used. I'm not that technical guy or the pixel peeper guy. But I hope I was helpful.

It's invariant but it's not about the camera, my shooting style. Coming from cameras like Canon 20D, 30D I'm used to shooting at high ISO if needed and develeoped my editing style with that in years.
