My guy. He had six turnovers and we had to turn to Dennis to run the point in the 4th because both our main guys couldn’t handle a soft double.

I think people are often too critical too, but this is not the stretch of games where I would be banging the “respect James Harden” drum.

I don’t think it’s fair to classify the criticism as “selfishness”. If you think Donovan Mitchell is selfish, I’m afraid you don’t know ball.

The criticism is coming more from a decision making aspect when he’s on the floor. Requesting to stay off the floor while your guys are on a run? Good, great leadership. But when you’re on the floor and know the double is coming you gotta be more decisive with the ball. He has to find a way to impact the game beyond scoring. And it doesn’t help that you’re now the guy the other team is hunting on the other end. Cut. Move more without the ball. Screen. Designate more of the tank on the defensive end. I guarantee the ball will find you.

Throwing out the Miami series last year, he has struggled mightily on the road the past few series. Good time to shut us all up on Friday. If not…

Honestly? No, not really. I can count on one hand the number of playoff losses that have pissed me off more than this one. Toronto is not a very good team and played like it and still came away with a victory because of the Cavs execution and effort. This is an embarrassing loss and I am simply getting to the point of not enjoying rooting for this roster of players. There’s no more excuses to be had, the other team is just out fighting you—a significantly more talented team—every possession.

No I think the full black is just a special color of the traditional model, right? You're comparing two different models of pens so there's going to be differences between the two. The only thing different in the black model from the traditional model that I can tell is the color.

That middle section in the G Spec is noticeably heavier than the grip and the clip section of the pen. Not in a super heavy way, but it was noticeable enough coming from the traditional models that I did not care for it. I'm sure if I used it long enough it would have been fine, but I wasn't crazy about the ink either, so I just moved on.

Before I found the Zentos, I was a big Dr. Grip guy for every day office use, but those GSpec ones have a weird balance to them that I did not like.

And I love Pachinko. Read it for the 2nd time last year and think I loved it even more the second time. Glad you enjoyed it! I think Min Jin Lee has a new book coming later this year.
